1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Next Wave Dev platform or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or utilize our digital services.
2. Billing & Subscriptions
Our core services are offered as a recurring monthly subscription. By enrolling in a subscription plan, you authorize Next Wave Dev (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
3. Deliverables & IP Ownership
Next Wave Dev retains all intellectual property rights to the digital products, code, and designs we create during your engagement until your invoice or subscription payment for that period is paid in full. Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for the finalized deliverables transfer to you, the client.
4. Warranties & Liability
While we are committed to delivering high-quality, professional code and design, our services are provided "as-is." Next Wave Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the websites or applications we build.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Washington.
